Shanghai -> Tunxi -> HuangShan

Morning!!! Getting older so less sleeping time... *ha*
Yesterday night while updating my Sherlock Holmes, I was uploading my pics to photobucket *took such a long time*...
I'll post some main ones & e rest U can see it from e slides.

Day 2 of HuangShan11/12


Shan woke up really early in order to see e sunrise. Actually, I asked e receptionist e day before if we could possibly see e sunrise, she told me this. 'U might get a 20% chance of seeing e sunrise.' But Shan still got up really early like 4 plus 5. It was still dark & foggy then & we could even hear e wind howling... *haha just like those horror movies*. As for me, I couldn't have my eyes opened *puhaha*, den Shan suggested she tried going out like a little past 6 to try her luck, while I freshened up. But after she went out like 10 mins, she headed back to e cabin *she did bring a torch along with her*.... *haha coz e wind was really strong*


By around 7, we set off. By then, e sun was up & it was still foggy. But by around 8, e fog started to make way & we managed to see e beautiful HS right in front of our eyes...

After tat, we proceeded to e PaiYunTing. It was a 2km walk. U might think its 2km of cement road, U r WORNG!!! This 2km was in steps!!! Shan & I walked for an hour *I suppose??* to reach our location!! But it was worth it!







Then we went to e highest peak in HS - The GuangMing Ding. If U have watched e Heaven Sword & Dragon Sabre aka YiTianTuLongJi, U should know GuangMingDing was e HQ of the Ming Clan... *haha* U should oso know tat e drama happened to use tat name only hor.....








^FYI, those 'whitish' thingy isn't fog neither was in candy floss. It was CLOUDS!!!!




^In fact from PaiYunTing (XiHaiDaXiaGu) to GuangMingTing was even worst! It was 3km away! By e time (10 plus)we reached Guang, we were oso famished & in need of e loo. We went to 1 restaurant & ordered 1 set luch for 2 of us (china's portion was huge!), took more pics in GuangMIngDing before headed back to our cabin to rest.

anyway, it was e longest walk I've walked in my entire year..... *ha too much driving*
