Took China Eastern plane *lousy* to Shanghai first then transit another 2 hrs plane to Beijing. Reached dere like 10 plus in the morning. By then, the sun was like so scorching hot....
So I went to 景山公园 -> 故宫 [Forbidden City] -> 天安门广场 [Tian An Men Square] -> 国大剧院 [China National Grand Theater]

^ U must be wondering why do I take pics of a tree??
It was said that this tree is an old tree (like few hundred yrs old) & one of the Qing emperor, 崇祯皇帝 hanged himself on this every tree.... *eerie*
^standing in one of the pagoda tower in the 景山公园 can see the entire 故宫.
故宫 [Forbidden City] - The Imperial Palace for the Ming & Qing Dynasties. The largest & most intact palace in the world.
^just in case U'be no idea, 故宫 is the place where the Emperor lived.
^That pagoda tower is the one I stood to take the pics of the entire 故宫.
^This is the room where the Emperor worked on his nation affairs.
^This palace is really really huge!!!!
Legs were already sore after walking around here....
^This is the interor room where the Emperor met all his officals.
^The pic above this is actually the whole of the room / should be called the palace. *haha*
天安门广场 [Tian An Men Square] - largest downtown square in the world.
国大剧院 [China National Grand Theater] - New landmark & cultural symbol in Beijing. *doesn't it look like our 'durian'?? Walked like 20 mins just to see this structure.... *haiz*
